Security Alert: Phishing Campaign with Malicious links
Salesforce is aware of and closely monitoring a phishing campaign appearing as fraudulent emails from Salesforce with a malicious link to download Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software. Our security teams are working diligently to contain this issue and urge all customers to maintain a high level of vigilance against phishing and social engineering attempts, as these remain frequently used tactics by threat actors. If you receive requests from Salesforce to install RMM software, we recommend you validate its legitimacy with Salesforce Support or architect teams prior to taking action by opening up a ticket through the Salesforce Help portal. Commerce Cloud Performance Degradation - Account Manager
There’s a Commerce Cloud Account Manager performance degradation affecting connections to OCAPI API, Business Manager, and Order Management functions. During a performance degradation, some users can access the service. But some functionality in the Control Center, Log Center, Reports and Dashboards, CQuotient Configurator, and XChange services can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. Formstack Forms: Application Unavailable
We are currently experiencing an outage affecting Formstack Forms that started at 4:03pm EST. The application is unavailable and returning 504 errors. Form submissions through the web interface are also unavailable. API submissions are still working. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Microsoft 365 Service Issue Impacting Formstack Documents Email Delivery
Microsoft is currently experiencing an Exchange Online service issue that may impact customers using Microsoft 365 to send email through Formstack. Customers using Microsoft 365 to send merged documents through Formstack may experience merge errors and failed email deliveries. Customers may also encounter an error when attempting to authenticate or re-authenticate their Microsoft 365 email connection. No other Documents delivery services are impacted. Microsoft is working to restore service. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
Active -Azure Portal access issues affecting Australia Regions
We are aware of an issue affecting access to the Azure portal in the Australia regions. Our engineers are actively investigating the cause and impact. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Media Library / asset visibility
Since approximately 12:30 UTC, some users may experience issues where assets not appearing when browsing folders in the Media Library. Affected assets remain available and may still be accessible through search. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore normal folder visibility. We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.
Marketing Cloud Engagement Feature Degradation
The Salesforce Technology team identified a feature degradation affecting customers on this instance and is working to resolve it. During a Marketing Cloud Engagement feature degradation, intermittent slowness or unavailability can occur for the affected service. Database Maintenance
We will be carrying out a database upgrade during this maintenance window, affecting the EU and US regions. During the upgrade, the User Management API and the Spaces and Organizations endpoints in the Content Management API may experience brief interruptions. This may temporarily affect signup, login, logout, API key creation, SSO configuration, and access to license and account information. The Content Delivery API (CDA), Content Preview API (CPA), and GraphQL Content API are not affected.
