Formstack Forms

We've identified an issue affecting confirmation emails sent through Formstack Forms. The Confirmation emails from forms are currently delayed or not being delivered, including test emails sent from the settings screen. Notification emails remain unaffected.

We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may receive unexpected account deactivation notifications related to bounced confirmation emails. Our team is actively working to identify the cause. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting Formstack Forms that started at 4:03pm EST. The application is unavailable and returning 504 errors. Form submissions through the web interface are also unavailable. API submissions are still working. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
