We are currently investigating an issue affecting the AEO Visibility & Analytics module. Some users are reporting that the module loads as a blank screen when accessed. As a temporary workaround, users may be able to access the module by: - Refreshing the page - Navigating away and then reselecting the AEO Visibility & Analytics module from the left-hand navigation menu The issue may not occur consistently and can be intermittent. We have identified that this functionality relies on a third-party integration and are actively working with the provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Salesforce is aware of and closely monitoring a phishing campaign appearing as fraudulent emails from Salesforce with a malicious link to download Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software. We are seeing elevated errors and latency for some customer requests which are routing through the Frankfurt (FRA) region for Content Management, Preview and the Contentful WebApp. We are working with our upstream CDN provider to mitigate the issue. Customers affected by this can temporarily workaround the issue by using a VPN when connecting to Contentful (which routes traffic to a different Point of Presence (POP) other than the affected FRA one).
