Security Alert: Phishing Campaign with Malicious links
Salesforce is aware of and closely monitoring a phishing campaign appearing as fraudulent emails from Salesforce with a malicious link to download Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software. Our security teams are working diligently to contain this issue and urge all customers to maintain a high level of vigilance against phishing and social engineering attempts, as these remain frequently used tactics by threat actors. If you receive requests from Salesforce to install RMM software, we recommend you validate its legitimacy with Salesforce Support or architect teams prior to taking action by opening up a ticket through the Salesforce Help portal. Daily audit logs outage
Our monitoring systems have detected an outage of daily audit logs we're investigating the nature and the cause of the outage and we'll update this incident as we have more details. There is minor side effects on real time audit logs in terms of actor details (email, username) missing but the log's themselves are intact, including userId and they remain operational.
Issues with downloads in Global region and EU region
We’re currently investigating reports of issues with downloading assets in the Global and EU region. Users may experience that downloads do not initiate. Our team is working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as possible.

Heroku service degradation
We are aware of a performance degradation that may impact customers, and are actively working to resolve user impact. During a performance degradation users can access the service, but some functionality can be intermittently unavailable or operate less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
Confirmation Emails
We've identified an issue affecting confirmation emails sent through Formstack Forms. The Confirmation emails from forms are currently delayed or not being delivered, including test emails sent from the settings screen. Notification emails remain unaffected.
Investigating- Issues in Southeast Asia
We have observed recovery for a portion of the infrastructure affected by this issue within the Southeast Asia region. While many impacted services and resources have recovered, a subset of customers may continue to experience connectivity issues or service degradation for dependent Azure services. Engineers are actively working to restore the remaining impacted infrastructure and validate full service recovery.More information will be provided as it becomes available.
